I am relatively new and have not participated in any programs and activities but have used the workout facilities. It appears there are plenty of programs and activities to choose from.
Variety &instructors
Activity schedules are frequent enough to choose from. Family friendly.
My husband and I drive a 40 minute trip once a week on Friday to play pickleball games session 1:30-3:30 pm. We are Very Pleased with the program and find many nice people that we call friends. Front desk staffs are always friendly and welcoming. Bathroom is very nice and clean…Awesome 😊. Steve…the coordinator for the pickleball program is the Best!! He is very efficient, friendly and only wants the best for members. This is why we don’t mind driving 40 minutes to get here Thank you
I like the Group classes especially Zumba And Belly Damcing.

Love my Pottery class, love the exercise equipment, love the staff … it’s just a great place to be. There are tons of classes you can take; and I especially love that there are not only young kids, but teens around. When I was growing up, we all went to the Y as teens … it’s such a safe welcoming place.
Instructors of chair yoga and qugong are wonderful...encouraging and kind.
It is difficult to find appropriate excercise options for seniors and these two classes are great.

Pickle ball
I mostly swim and your pools are very nice. My only concern is that there is not always a lane open for swimming laps.
I’ve also taken some classes which I’ve enjoyed for the most part.

Clean and large facility with a good variety of programs for everyone! And plenty of staff.

My husband and myself love attending the programs that are the 55 that is run by Christina. Any activity that she has scheduled has been very enjoyable and friendly. I have attended two Christmas make and take centerpieces and just amazed all the prep work that she does to make it so perfect for all who attend. The bingo activity with Christina and Bob is a great social event to get us out of the house and take a break. The facilities that the y offers are great and we are very grateful we have access to use them. I also try to go to gentle yoga and Janice is full of personality and well instructed, Here’s to another year of healthy activity!
