Staff members are friendly informative and personable. I like the focus on community. The preschool swim instructors are excellent. My grandson loves his lessons and coming to this Y. He will soon advance to preschool 3. I am so happy that I made the decision to join. Additionally, Stephanie was above accomodating when an insurance issue arose regarding my grandson's membership. I am looking forward to taking adult swim lessons here. I am 61 and it will be the 4 time taking adult lessons but I have a good feeling I will finally master swimming with instructors at the Kennett Y. Thank you and keep up the good work.

There are a wide range of programs for all ages and fitness levels. The instructors and staff are very welcoming .
Your instructor, MISS CINDY, is an absolute wonderful teacher and human being. We have been with her in swim strokes 1, 2, & 3. Her encouragement and kind teaching skills have our little guy looking forward to swim lessons each week. I'm sure I speak for many families so please let her know how much we appreciate her!

I love the variety of classes offered!
It would be nice to have a ladies weight room separate from the men..sometimes the men leave heavy weights on the machines and make it hard for women to remove them.

outdoor pickleball is great
need a way to stop people from reserving pickleball exactly 48 hours in advance; and then cancelling an hour earlier.
Programs are run well and the people are friendly.
I love the vibe of the Y. From the front desk to the instructors to the other members I meet, the experience is friendly and inviting.

I am a huge fan of the Kennett YMCA. I would appreciate if child watch matched the hours of the Jennersville YMCA. Additionally, I would prefer if the warm pool had more open swim hours. Other than that, great location.
What I don’t like is that so many classes are now virtual. Wish there were more of them
