The yoga classes in the upstairs quiet yoga studio. I like the parking availability. I can always find a spot.

I love the arthritis water class. I feel better physically and emotionally after this class. Everyone is friendly and inclusive. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

What do you like about your membership?

I like all of the options that the Y offers: exercise classes, track workouts, pool, gym/courts, located next to the Anson B. Nixon park for outdoor running. I also like the option to shower and have some coffee after my morning workouts.

What is there not to like?! You offer awesome classes, have plenty of equipment, and offer something for everyone in the family year round. Your an all-inclusive community center. Love it!!

I appreciate the amount and variety of classes available. My personal favorites are zumba and yoga. I would definitely recommend Kennett Y to others.

Just an FYI: Additional fans are needed for cross-ventilation in the FAC. I attended the zumba class this morning (Tuesday) and during the workout almost fainted from the conditions. I was able to move from the front of the group to the back, where air from 1 fan was felt just enough for me to recover and finish the class. I really felt bad for the instructor. It was obvious she was also finding the situation difficult.

Wonderful facility, clean, well maintained. The people are what make this community shine. Excellent pool and aquatic fitness instructors! Fully equipped cardio, stretching space, weight rooms and friendly staff to assist! It's all good!

Love the cleanliness, the fitness equipment, exercise classes, child watch/enrichment classes and most importantly most of the Y staff. The best and pleasant front desk staff (Ms Jeanie and Ms Kate). Most friendly and approachable Director (Ms. Meghan Sullivan Advanced Youth Development Director). Most caring Child Watch Staff: Ms Alison and Ms.Valerie). Best Enrichment teacher: Ms Meghan. Best kids Zumba teacher; Ms.Jil. Very nice Kids Yoga teacher; Ms Jo. Nicest and helpful Y Coach; Mr.Richard. Best Director who lead by example and sincerely care about people: Ms. Rhonda (Advanced Director of Healthy Living). By far, The Kennett Y has the best fitness instructors and fitness classes. So much better than high end fitness facilities. The instructors are so approachable, caring, inspirational. Mr. Rhonda, Ms.Krysta, Ms. Emily V. Ms. Jen G, Ms..Kelly M, Ms. Carol Anne G, Mr.Antonio R and Mr.Richard B. Not as impress with the Aquatic Dir. and program. I really do hope The Y take great care of the staff especially the staff mentioned above and recognizes their exceptional, above and beyond customer service. Thanks.
