The best part about Zerorez, the guys that come to do the work are awesome! I just used them for the second time. For the second time, they were earlier than the appointment window & this guy was just as great as the first guy. I can't say enough good things about them. I don't alway listen to ads given by dj's. I'm sure glad I did. I will always use Zerorez & most definitely recommend them to anyone I know that needs cleaning done. they are great.

Working with Zerorez was great. Day of service, technician Charlie called to give me am approximate arrival time. From the time I met him, I was very impressed. Charlie is polite, very nice and explained the process in detail. I can't say enough about how well Charlie represented your company! After 24 hrs, it seems like it no longer smells like dog urine in my room. Curious to see if it remains that way this weekend when it warms up outside.
Technician communicated very well and kept me informed of each step of the process as he progressed. Very friendly as well. The cost of the service is a bit pricey but if it really works, then I guess it was worth it. I wish I could have done other rooms but it was just too costly.
