you were able to clean all the spots on my carpet i was concerned that wouldnt come up, but did. quick 1hr cleaning also.
Your representative really got his nose into the business! He would test spots by smelling them. Brave soul. He had a bevy of natural solvents to attack the different spots which he ran into. My daughter is a Cosmotogist and there were a lot of black smudges (eye make up) on the rug. They all came up! The one rug that my wife thought was trashed came up looking beautiful. Not been cleaned for at least 16 years.

The carpet cleaning method was excellent! We've had our carpets cleaned over the 14 years since we built our home and this was the best stain removable and thorough cleaning that we have received. The tech, Remington, arrived about 15 minutes before the appointed time. He walked through all of the rooms to be cleaned with my husband and noted any special cleaning areas. He was courteous, respectful and friendly. You are fortunate to have him as your employee.
