They were prompt courteous and very professional, my 20 year old carpet came so clean they exceeded my expectations. when they left the carpet was slightly damp but nothing like the last time it was done by another company. we will have them back to do the other two bed rooms as soon as we are done repainting.
Your representative who came to our house to clean the carpets was very professional and thorough in both explaining what he was going to do and actually cleaning the carpets. He was able to remove carpet stains that other carpet cleaners were not able to remove, previously.

the tech was very professional and did a wonderful job! we have a young kiddo who crawls around like crazy, I like knowing that she is now safe to play on the floor. I also liked knowing no chemicals were used and the house smelt so good after the cleaning!
