We had a carpet odor that remained after doggie mistakes that we tried to remove constantly but wouldn't go away. The deep pad extraction service worked! We haven't had the best experience with other services in the past from other companies, so I wasn't sure what to expect. Sedrick was efficient in his work and very polite. I'd recommend Zerorez and him specifically to friends and family.

I like that there are no sudsy residues left on my carpet and that the rooms are left smelling fresh rather than like chemicals, shampoos, or man-made freshiners. I also love the feel and look of my carpet after cleaning.

I really liked Mark Miller who cleaned our carpet. I would recommend him to anyone.
However your phone system is the worst I've ever dealt with. I was on hold each time for over 15 minutes then booted off to a vm. You are losing a tremendous amount of business to people who want to talk to a real person.
