Really enjoy HPF with Shari. She is a experienced teacher that knows how to adjust the temperature to make sure the practice is hot and gives you the type of experience I expect after many years of hot yoga (Bikram, flow, etc).

Great class, great facilities, great instructor. My only wish is that there was a little more room, or less people in the space.
