Personalized service. Instructors are nice
All instructors seem to have the same training and appear equally prepared to lead a class, even as subs. This consistency is great as a yoga student and practitioner.

Great class. Very tightly packed. A little bit too tight. And overcrowded like a golds gym feel-- less like a personal yoga practice more like a machine "pump in pump out" feel but I understand it's more of a working professionals yoga on the go than a relaxed place for a yogi. Good bang for your buck. But not a place to feel at home, a place to feel a workout and hurry out.

I Flew in from Hawaii on a business trip and came twice to this studio. The instructors were simply amazing and soooo welcoming. The power sculpt was a beast and had a super energetic upbeat. And the hot power Fusion was deliciously deep. Meesh and Lorenzo were some of the best instructors I've had.

It's one of the cleanest locations I've been too and it always smells so good. Shari is a rockstar! Love how her HPF classes are super hot, which is how most of us like it.
