I liked being able to try a week for free and the CP1 and CP2 classes.
The only thing I didn't like is that I took a yoga sculpt for the first time this past Tuesday, I've never taken it before and a few things sucked:
1. The teacher didn't even ask if this was any one's first time....I've done hot yoga for years but I had no idea what weights I should be getting or this/that. She just jumped right into it and was lost at first.
2. No one was making space for us...the teacher could of at least said "hey class, bigger than usual can we please make some space for everyone to fit"
This immediately made me start off the flow/class angry.
Other than that, I have really been enjoying my free week! I may do the intro month.

I have been to this location four days now and everyone is really nice. They answer your questions to the best of their ability...about their products, other product suggestions and also about your yoga performance questions.

All instructors seem to have the same training and appear equally prepared to lead a class, even as subs. This consistency is great as a yoga student and practitioner.
