Our Sheeba NU hates getting his nails trimmed. They do a wonderful job working around his phobias, and he is a very difficult dog to deal with not mean, but he hates having his nails trimmed.
I feel it’s a friendly, safe environment that allows me to know my pup is okay when they are not with me. Recently, we boarded for the weekend and I was monitoring my pup on the webcam. She kept walking over to the lobby window because I think she thought I was coming. She went over to the side and looked a little sad. I felt so bad, but in that same moment a canine coach came over and gave her pets and attention. I saw her little tale wagging and she was mad moving around the room again. This was priceless for me.

My dog is happy most importantly and all of the spaces are very clean. I like the fact I can check up on him on the web cam. The staff is very polite and respectful and are aware of how crazy we are about our pet we are leaving behind.

I have a puppy, 1 yr old Morkie. His name is Mister. He has been at The Commerce Dogtopia for grooming and daycare. Mister has been in daycare for a half day and full-days. I can't accurately tell how many times-5-10 times I guess.
The staff is wonderful and they all are dog lovers. I repeatedly see the same staff members, and that tells me that the staff is happy with their job and they are treated well. The greet Mister by name. The facility is always clean and has no dog odor-ever. When I pick Mister up at the end of his "fun" day of daycare; the staff tells stories of Mister's activities and the different canine friends he made. Soon after I put Mister in the car and before we get home (5-minute drive), Mister is always fast asleep. It is wonderful how Dogtopia offers healthy foods for purchase if the dog will be there over lunchtime. Oh, I almost forgot! I can sign in on the Dogtopia website and see live video of Mister during his daycare. Absolutely the Best!!!!!
