Easy to book and well staffed
We recently moved to a new area and had to also move our dog Goose away from the only day care he's known since he was a puppy. When we went in the meet and greet, Goose was very nervous, as he is timid when he first meets new people. The staff was very patient and encouraging to him which I know helped him adjust. He's been going for a few weeks now and everyone remembers him and treats him like a king. I greatly appreciate their efforts and attention to my baby's change.

I got a text update on how my dog was adjusting on his first day care appointment.
Everyone was so friendly and treated Max like family. I was looking to re-home Max. They helped me with that and now Max is in a loving family who can give him all the love and affection he needs.
The staff are polite and respectful toward the humans and animals. I like the fact that you have to make an appointment even for nails clippings. It leaves a no waiting process.
The staff was so friendly and spent time with me answering all of my questions before our first visit. When we arrived with our puppy, we were greeted at the door with a very warm welcome and it made me feel so comfortable leaving our puppy. Lola had a great day playing and came home very tired from all the fun. I was impressed with how clean the facility is and the app is very user friendly!

They took excellent care of Freckles while we were out of town.
We're new but the meet a greet went well. Everyone was very friendly and the place was very clean.
It was evident that the staff there loves dogs and knows each dog very well. I like that there is staff in each room to be right there to clean up any messes or address any behaviors on the spot. Very thoughtful meet and greet process.
Friendly staff who pays attention to the details (my dog has daily medication that they always make sure he gets). Plus, my dog always comes home happy and tired!!!
