My dogs felt comfortable! The staff were friendly and loving toward all three of my dogs. I felt that the staff was very trustworthy! The facility is spacious and has plenty of rooms for all the dogs! I love how each room has access to the outside and was told that the dogs go outside a lot. My dogs played a lot during their first day and slept the car ride home, through the night and most of the next day.
Amazing! Great experience all around. Felt welcomed the second I walked in the door with my dog. Answered all my questions without making me feel dumb or like I was bothering them. I will definitely recommend to family and friends. Truly a gem of a place. My dog will never go anywhere else. Very clean also!

I love bringing Rizzo to Dogtopia! She loves playing with her friends; the staff are so friendly and accommodating, and treat Rizzo as though she is their own! We have boarded her several times, and she has always had a pleasant experience. It is also convenient to be able to schedule a spa for her since she will not allow me to touch her nails, and she is too big and heavy for me to bath at home. We love you, Dogtopia! Thank you, also, for being so reasonably priced.

Everything! It had been a few years since we had used this location only because there was one closer to my office. There were a number of changes there and it was no longer the place it had been. I tried other brands of daycare in the area but ultimately returned to Commerce and I am only kicking myself for not doing it sooner! The facility is clean and well kept just as I remembered. The staff is absolutely amazing! Always friendly and welcoming. When I drop Hazel off I don’t worry at all about how she is being treated and I know she’s in good hands. We had settled for so long at our last location I forgot how much better the experience is for both of us when the staff is happy and engaged. Just seeing them excited to see her and loving on her at drop off and pick up confirms we made the right choice. I’m so happy we made the switch back!!! Thank you for welcoming Hazel back to Commerce!

My dog seem to enjoy it first time my puppy has had playtime with other dogs besides his sister I will absolutely bring him back and I believe I’m going to sign up for a weekly visits for a hIm! Staff all very in tune with all the dogs Awesome people that work there

The staff is pleasant, helpful when trying to get 2 young great danes in and out of the building! I love that when you want you can watch on their Webcam and see how your furbaby is doing. I also like that they give them a 2 hour break to rest for a bit. Most of all I love picking them up and I know they'll be exhausted for that night until the following evening! Makes life a lot easier.
