Loved the IR sauna that came with red light and mood lights. I can tell my energy increased a little the next day. Totally private studio. Eucalyptus cooling towel was wonderful. TV was not necessary. I purchased the superfood bar. Liked the taste but crazy expensive. Overall, great experience.
Discovered this new way of healing my body and really like what it is doing. I am able to take quality time for myself in each of the 40 minutes session. Everyone should really give it a try.

I love it, all of it. The employees are very nice, and always busy cleaning rooms or refreshing towels. I also love the very private aspect of the rooms.

comfortable and relaxing. I slept better after my session. The staff explained how to use the sauna well and were not pushy about membership. They explained everything thoroughly and allowed me to decide on a membership.
Staff excellent & professional, rooms always clean & ready.
I love it - something I really look forward to. My only suggestion would be if there was a way to include a pillow of some kind. Something with a terry cloth case that could be washed. The wooden bars a little uncomfortable to lean against and the bench is not long enough to lie down if you're tall.

loved the halo add on, the complimentary water bottle and electrolyte pack, the aesthetics of the space, the customer service, the variety of lights you can choose from. the eucalyptus cool towel, sharing with a friend, the tv connect. it was all great!
