Client Testimonials
I like EVERYTHING about Perspire! The staff is wonderful - friendly, knowledgeable, always willing to answer questions or explain anything. The facility is beautiful - clean, relaxing, the pictures on the screen are almost like they read my mind & knew what i was in the mood for! I know for a fact red light therapy is very very good for you & can either help maintain your health or, for someone like me with Long Covid for 6 years, it can help recovery. Highly recommend!
Extremely nice facility, top of the line equipment, pleasant experience. Very welcoming staff.
Friendly service The sauna was ready when I arrived.
Love the fragrance
The description by Veronica was enticing. Her knowledge and care were undeniablabky professional and informative.
I loved the little details.
Clean and very helpful.
Everything
Very friendly and helpful staff. Sauna was hot and ready for me.
everything
I had a tremendous experience, just great. The young blonde lady at the desk was professional, smooth and complete in processing me in. My tour was wonderful, different lady, provided both a company line description of products and services, and personal insights, which proved to be most helpful.
But the product itself went beyond my expectations, absolutely felt fantastic after. It didn't dawn on me until later, that my energy and good feeling was a direct result of my infrared sauna. Just fabulous.
I have spoken to many about my experience, praising it every time.
My issue is the cost, might be too expensive for this senior veteran on a fixed and limited income.
I do understand why and how it can be that much - individual rooms, top flight amenities and service.
All the best.

Love this place
AMAZING experience! I felt so fresh and recharged after.
Hope to come back again!
Using an infrared sauna is therapeutic and calming. It releases the toxins from your body and decreases inflammation and stress after a hard workout.
Cordially, professional and great system
Friendliness of staff🥰
Cleanliness of studio 🥰
Clean facility. Sauna was exceptional. Sno shower didn’t feel as cold as I expected.
Friendly staff, clean and tidy location, easy to book and lots of parking
I love how clean the space is and how comfortable the staff make you feel.
Clean and beautiful facility. Friendly staff. I love the efficiency. 55 mins of me time.
Loved it! Lindsay made the process so easy, and accesible. The temp was perfect, and there’s a cooling towel infused with Eucalyptus which is so nice at the end.
Excellent customer service and very friendly staff.
Peaceful, quiet and clean
Clean environment, peaceful and relaxing, and staff is friendly and welcoming. I have never felt better. The Sno shower after the sauna is the cherry on top.
Perspire Sauna Studio in Kyle is everything I hoped it would be and more! The facilities are well kept, clean, aesthetically pleasing and the team members are the best part.
I look forward to every session and always feel so rejuvenated afterwards! 10/10 recommend :)
I has a great experience. The customer service was great. I enjoy the sauna very much. I just wish there were more locations closer to Pinole or Hercules.
Cleanliness of the cabins, easy reservation process, privacy, friendly staff. I remain a regular customer as long as the quality remains.
Perspire Sauna Studio in Kyle is hands down my favorite wellness retreat! From the moment you walk through the door, the atmosphere is incredibly relaxing, impeccably clean, and truly feels like a luxury experience.
The infrared saunas and contrast therapy sessions are next-level. The private rooms give you complete peace and quiet to fully unwind, and I leave feeling absolute top-tier amazing after every single visit.
Beyond the facility itself, the staff is outstanding—they genuinely make you feel valued and welcome every time. A special shoutout to Ann, who is an absolute gem! Whether managing the floor or assisting guests, she consistently goes above and beyond to make sure every detail of your visit is perfect.
If you’re looking to recharge, de-stress, or level up your recovery routine, I can't recommend Perspire Kyle enough!
So relaxing and Jordan who assisted me was amazing. I did not feel pressured to purchase anything.
Enjoyed the private rooms. The sauna was spacious and I enjoyed the red light feature above at the same time I was in the sauna. The television is nice, but if I'm relaxing in the sauna, I usually prefer to listen to calming music. It's a nice option for some people to be able to access YouTube or a movie but not necessary. I didn't get to try the shower since my room did not have one, but I like that option. Overall I had a very positive experience. I will recommend this location to some of my friends.
Clean, everything I need, private.
Very nice rooms and design, good vibe, and love the snow shower
