The young men that came to my home were courteous and explained all they would be doing. They did a great job on a very dirty carpet. When the one in charge noticed that the amount I needed cleaned, such a fewer steps on the stairs, etc. was lower then the estimated amount, he lowered the price without me asking. They didn't try to sell me on cleaning my HVAC ducts but, I asked them how they do it. I was impressed on how ZEROREZ does it compared to how an other company did mine.

Zeroez did such a great job on my carpets! They look so clean and all of the annoying dark spots from dirt and oil are gone! Zach was so friendly and professional—I will definitely use them again!

Paul was absolutely fantastic and my carpets almost look brand new. He got out some pet stains that I thought wouldn’t come out. Did amazing work and he was very polite too.

Nothing but freshness left behind. My tech was awesome. Showed up and walked me through the rooms to be cleaned. Setup and protected my walls before starting. Afterwards walked me through again and explained timing for drying and care. I was very pleased with the service and the results to my carpets. Thank you for a great experience.

I've tried a few other carpet/tile cleaning companies, and while they have all been good, my recent experience / experiment with Zerorez exceeded expectations. My tech was so polite and thorough and explained what she would be doing and why and provided constant communication.

She took pride in all the little details and just had the character to do "it" right.

So, this was an experiment. I only had the kitchen tile and the Master Bedroom / closet cleaned. I will be scheduling additional appointments. This cleaning was LOOOONNNGGGG past-due!
