I can't speak highly enough about Adam and Derrick, the Zerorez crew who cleaned our carpets in Cottonwood. Their work is impeccable and they're the nicest, kindest people and treated my husband and I and our property and schedule with courtesy and respect. Amber, the dispatcher, is also phenomenal. This company is the epitome of the highest level of customer service and comes with my highest recommendation.

The response time was so prompt, they came at the beginning of the window of time that was given so I wasn’t left waiting around, the carpet was cleaner than I expected, it dried fast, and the technician was personable and professional. Plus, it was less expensive than the competition I called for price checks! I really have no complaints at all and would use them again!
