Dylan S. was great about communicating when he was on his way. I think I was the first appointment of the day so he arrived at the beginning of the appointment window. He explained everything step by step and answered any questions I had. I couldn’t believe how quick but effective and efficient got the job done. The carpets look amazing! Some of my rooms had newer carpet than others and now you can hardly tell a difference between the old and new carpets! Would definitely use Zerorez again, and I would absolutely ask for Dylan S!
