The professionalism of the person sent to service my home. The way he explained what he was going to do. He was so courteous and polite. He left the items that needed to be moved neatly out of the way. The service was wonderful and left a nice clean refreshing smell. I have a new home and it made it fell brand new again. I don’t remember the young man’s name because I was working at the time he came but he did a wonderful job and was very, very professional. I very rare to get great service and great customer service together but I experienced a WOW moment with this visit. I will be requesting the service again and referring my friends and family.

Carpets look great. The technician arrived on time. He was very polite and respectful. He did a great job in keeping the job neat. Cleaned up any water or solution right away. Will have Zerorez come back again.

Everyone was professional. There was a lot of dog urine in the carpet and from what I can tell he got it all out. However, I do think more time should have been spent extracting the water. The carpet was still really wet. My concern is that he got of the urine pulled out since the carpet was really wet when he left.

I like the no residue process. Carpets look much cleaner and no residual scent from chemicals or soaps

I have used Zerorez at least 7 times. Great company. However the last visit the tech was 4 hours late, not sure it was his fault though. I had changed my work schedule to accommodate the time so that was very inconvenient. Also I the tech did odor and protection treatment without asking for my approval first which cost me an extra $250.
