Like that they don’t have harsh chemicals

He called when he was 20 minutes out and came within the window of time they said. He was respectful of property. He told me of their other added on services without trying to upsell me. I like that they don’t use soap because I’ve had some bad experiences with that in the past. He worked hard and fast and even did a wool area rug on the spur of the moment. The carpets did take longer to dry than I had thought but they look great and I know they are clean with no residue now.

Have used Zerorez for quite a few years now. The method always gets the carpet in top shape. It seems the clean lasts longer. The young man who performed the service (and those before him) was respectful of our furniture, explained things very well and was a delight to deal with. His name was Jonathan. We really feel that our decision to use Zerorez has given our carpets a long life. Thank you.

I like how well hard to remove spots are taken care of, how clean my carpet is when they're finished. I like how efficiently the do the job. They are also careful with other parts of the house they need to move in.
