The carpets get cleaner with Zerorex than with steam cleaning. The staff are very professional. They offer suggestions for deleting stains and keeping carpets fresh!

Overall the service was good, I am disappointed that I did not receive my before and after video at the time of my service because the technician was “having trouble sending it”. I contacted customer service the day after my appointment and they said it would be sent to me but I have received nothing as of this writing so to see the added value the video would have brought plus to confirm the work they did do would have been extremely beneficial but apparently not to be expected even though it’s called out in the advertising for the air duct cleaning service.
