The carpet from my kitchen into the living room was VERY dirty. I didn't think it would come clean. Johathan from Zerorez said he would try his best but he wasn't sure it would all come out. When he was finished, it was completely clean and looked brand new. I was so pleased! My carpet is over 20 years old, and he made it look brand new. Jonathan was very polite and efficient. I am always willing to suggest Zerorez to any of my friends for carpet cleaning.

The results. When finished, the carpet looks clean but feels amazing--and I take care of my carpet and vacuum every 4-5 days so it isn't in dire condition. I like how thorough the techs are--they carefully look for biological deposits--and yes, I know that increases revenue, but it also assures me that they are thorough in cleaning. It is always more expensive than initially stated, but it is worth it! And I don't have to do it often; I believe this makes my carpet's lifetime longer than would otherwise be expected.
