My technician was professional and kind. He took the time to thoroughly look at all of the areas I wanted to have cleaned, and talk through options for the areas that had heavier soil. Once we agreed upon a solution, he got straight to work cleaning my carpets. I was surprised at how quickly he was able to achieve such amazing results!

I have been using Zerorez for several years now and I like the fact that the carpet is never saturated so it doesn’t take long to dry. Your service engineers have all been great except for once but you took care of this for me. I’ve had Katerina now twice and she’s great!
