My appointment was on Thursday, the 5th of March and I was very pleased with the promptness that the technician, Jesse exhibited. He actually called to let me know how far away he was from my home. When he arrived, he was very professional and explained the process in detail. He did a beautiful cleaning job on my carpet and when I need another carpet cleaning process, I will definitely request his services.

Thomas was great! He worked hard to remove some stubborn carpet stains and it looked great after! I appreciated his thoroughness and attention to detail. I could not be there in person, and so he sent me before/after photos and videos, which was greatly appreciated.
