This was our first experience with Zerorez and I am so glad we choose them to clean our carpets. Our technician, Q, kept us informed of his arrival time and once he arrived he did a great job. We had a few stubborn stains that came back overnight so I called and Q came back a couple of days later. Carpets look great ! I was thrilled at how quickly I was able to schedule my cleaning. My technician was prompt, professional, efficient and thorough. He also was very knowledgeable on how best to treat my sectional and rug. He also recommended odor protection which I’m glad I did. My couch and rug have never looked or smelled so good. I am so thankful for this service! I’ll be doing this consistently so they don’t get as dirty again. And going forward I’m going to request the same technician for my services. Thank you!

Craig got my carpet so clean, it's beautiful! He called early to confirm what time he would arrive, arrived early and was extremely professional. He did some light moving of items after requesting permission.
