I thought that was very considerate and thoughtful. Excellent service cleaning grout on kitchen tile on my counter tops. Price charged was exactly what was quoted to me. I like that they don't use any chemicals or detergents. Our carpets feel soft after cleaning, unlike other cleaners we have used, which leave a crunchy, stiff feeling. They efficiently removed a few minor spots we had. The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough.
We were satisfied he did a good job he did explain that he might have to come back and retreat some areas it looks like that will probable have to be done. We are starting to see some spots reappear not his fault though.
