Honestly I am shocked at how much cleaner and lighter my carpets are. We moved into a new house that had multiple stains on the cream carpet. Figured the cleaning would lighten the stains but it eliminated them completely. Super impressed! Dylan was great, super friendly and explained the entire process.
Zerorez doesn't use lots of chemicals or harsh soaps- It is family and pet friendly. Carpets come clean as new. Carpet tech, Dan is very knowledgeable about his work, and did high quality job. He's a very nice guy also.

Zerorez's representative, Adam Estrada, was the best. He came to our house, looked at the job we wanted done, confirmed the quote and then proceeded to do a great job. We have used this company several times and all of our experiences have been great, but Adam was the best yet. This was my 1st time using Zerorez. I had a few friends tell me that they used them and were very pleased so I decided to give them a try. Technician called a while before he was on his way and when he arrived he was professional, kind and explained everything. He even covered my door which had to be because of hoses being used. My carpet was not in very good shape, at least 14 years old. I did not expect much but I would feel the carpets were at least clean. I was so surprised, they looked so much better and smell so good. I am very glad that I used Zerorez and would recommend them and use them again. I had used other companies before and was disappointed in the results plus they tried to sell me everything under the sun. You would NOT be at all disappointed with this company.
