Service tech was very knowledgeably and explained the Zerorez procedure very well. He presented several options that helped me decide what level of service I would need to get the results that I was expecting. Service tech also called me the following day to see if I was still pleased with the service and how the treatments were holding up. Not many service companies do that these days. Kudos to ZEROREZ!!

he did not have any zerorez spot removal i was disappointed about that so he did not treat carpet with any or leave a bottle like usual but the cleaner did a great job anyways

I like the fact that no chemicals are used during the cleaning process. Scheduling online was easy and the text notifications were helpful. The technician called before arriving so there were no surprises regarding arrival time. He got right to work and completed the job in the estimated time. I know the carpets get truly clean
Too many times we have had our carpets cleaned by others and the spots are back days or weeks later.
I also like that you clean both the step and the front of the step on the stairs.
Most areas this last cleaning were dry within four hours but just a few places that required extra cleaning. Those took about eight hours to dry.
