Easy to book. Get a call 1/2 he before arrival. Show up on time. Friendly and expected services delivered well. We only use Zerorez because the cleaning is unmatched. We tried others and found Zerorez was much much better quality cleaning. I refuse to use any other company.
Everyone we spoke with, from the first phone call to the completion of servce, was professional, helpful, and provided excellent customer service. The two techs who cleaned our air ducts and dryer vent were knowledgeable and polite. I highly recommend Zeroez. They will be back again next week to clean our carpets!
