Zerorez exceeded my expectations and then some! The lead manager and his staff worked tirelessly putting in 30 hours of hard labor cleaning and disinfecting our rental property that had been taken over by dog feces and complete filth. Once they finished their work we actually felt like we could make the property livable again. We would highly recommend Zerorez! Ryan was the fellow that worked on my house this time and he is very professional and informative. He did the carpets, the throw rugs, the bathroom tile floor, and the couch. He is very good and I will request him again. He informed me that your company has special water for sale for cleaning.

They came in they were quick and did a really good job my floor looked really nice I was really pleased and they left it's almost as soon as they got there it didn't take him a long time and it didn't take a long time to dry either so I would rate them a 10

The customer service from the staff (from booking, appointment follow-up, and service) was great! The ladies (Gabrielle, Jennifer, Teresa, Cynthia) scheduling the appointments were prompt, patient, and professional. I appreciated that they were reachable via phone, text, and email. At the day of the appointment, Stacy was great in explaining the process and setting expectations. He was courteous, friendly, and professional.
