Scheduling was easy. We appreciated getting a call from the crew before they arrived. Paul and Vaughn introduced themselves when they arrived. They were pleasant and informed us about the work they would do with the carpet cleaning and answered our questions. They carefully and efficiently performed their work. The carpets look beautiful. This was our second time having Zerorez clean our carpets. We look forward to future cleanings.

My technician was early for his appointment time. I received a message asking if it was ok which of course it was. He was very friendly and very professional. I've been a customer of Zerorez for over 20 years for a reason. I love that after they are done there is no crispy carpet or soap smell. Not to mention it is safe for my furbaby.
