We had not had our air ducts cleaned in a long time. Definitely needed it. Our techs (Mario and Jay) had to spend more time than expected on the job previous to ours, but we got calls/updates as to when they would arrive. Both did a great job of explaining the process and were professional, courteous and friendly. Ended up doing the disinfectant spray that Mario recommended. Very happy with results thus far.
The technician was prompt and quick - he helped me decide what level of cleaning I needed and left my carpets perfectly clean!
