The technician was outstanding. He arrived on time, was polite and respectful, and did an excellent job, including on a difficult spiral staircase. He made my 40 year old carpets look like new. He was far better than the last one you sent me, a very pleasant fellow who did such a poor job that I had to pay somebody else to redo it.
You've gotten me back as a customer, and I hope you give that guy a raise.
Guys did and exceptional job. I have had Zero Rez clean our carpets several times in the past but they never used the powered scrubber brush that Nick used. Really did a good job. Just wish that it had been used in the past.

As a senior who lives in a 1600 square foot home. I find it very odd that I pay the same price as a person who lives in a much larger home. I am your customer and am held to your strict rule that states that we pay, per room! Where my bathroom is approximately 5’x7’, the larger customer’s bathroom might be a 10’x 10’ room or larger! Same goes for the kitchen , bedroom etc. Ours is a small home and not comparable to a larger home in size! Zerorez needs to look at the logic and make adjustments for smaller homes. Thank you for listening to my concerns.

This is the second time we have had your company clean our carpets. This time they were extra dirty. We had an open house in 2022 for our 60th Wedding Anniversary and the carpets took a beating. Then our two cats some "brafing problems". I am more than happy at the great job, Rafel (I can't spell his name) did in restoring our carpets to look like new. I also have chosen your company because there isn't the "stiff residue" after the carpets dry. Also, I've found the stains do not "re-appear". So I am a very happy customer and will always have you clean our carpets and furniture.
Your tech forgot one of his spray bottles at our house. We were his last house for the day.

Tecnnicians do an awesome job. Antonio was very careful in explaining the process the carpets were perfect when he was finished.
Great service. David was on time, Thoroughly went through the work order with me. Explained each process for carpet and tile. Reviewed the estimate. Offered suggestions. I asked about pet protection and he offered a couple of options. I have a small, 2 bedroom condo, and he spent about 3 hours completing the work. He was very thorough, cleaned up when he was done, and reviewed how to maintain the carpet and the tile. Very professional.
I like the idea of zero residue, but not quite sure that it is what it advertised to be. Fabian did a great job.
He was prompt, did the job quicker than I expected. The fact that he didn’t have to use my water was a plus. He was professional and I will use Zerorez again.
