Mason explained every step n the process. Originally, we were concerred about the fabric our sectional was made of. The stains that had accumulated over a couple years came out. we were able to save from purchasing a new sofa.

We have used other carpet cleaning companies, the "S" companies. We switched over to zerores a few years ago and can testify that the zerores process if heads above the other companies. We have always been very satisfied with the results and the Techs that have come out. I have to give an extra shout out to Castor, the tech that came out yesterday. My wife said to be sure to give him a special shout out as it is obvious he took his time and got out a couple stains that we thought were permanent. We had pet odor issues. Castor listened to my concerns and after considering the challenges of each specific area, put together a game plan how best to address the areas effectively and efficiently. Now that the carpet is dry, it has not looked better since new. Castor did an outstanding job and I cant thank him enough! (I mean,,, he made my wife happy, what more could I ask for).

I liked how easy it was to book the cleaning. Once Lloyd got here we went thru the house and discussed what needed to be done and then he went into detail about what was needed and asked if I was ok with it! He got busy and was focused on what he was doing and went above and beyond what was expected.
