The 2 service technicians were prompt, professional and courteous. They worked extremely hard to clean my dryer vent, and likely saved my house in the process (it had been many years since the dryer vent was cleaned and it was terribly clogged, so we were a dryer fire waiting to happen!). I’m very thankful for, and impressed with, the work they did!

Dylan was a wonderful worker and thoroughly explained what he needed to do. He was quick and very helpful. The rugs were left clean and much improved.

Worked well and pleasant technician

Came back for a second try at carpet. It does look a little better but it was explained to me that this was just the normal wear on a carpet that was probably 20 years old. He did say it would take 6-8 hours to dry and even with fans going it was still damp after 24 hours! I would still give them another try in the future though.

I’m always fully satisfied with the service that Zerorez provides. I will continue using it year after and recommend you to others because you are so focused on providing satisfaction.
