My bi-annual service was with Francisco, and he was the best technician I’ve ever had with zerorez. The carpet was squeaky clean and dried very very quickly. He put styrofoam under my furniture so he could clean more areas with care. This was the first time I experienced this. Francisco was the best yet!!

The tech was very punctual when he said he would arrive and ran over everything that was going to be cleaned and he hit it out of the ballpark.

It’s all perfect!!! Can’t think of anything you need to improve!
