Great customer service
If you give a 2 hour window to show up then you MUST give a 30min warning phone call to say you are on your way. calling and saying that you are there is rude. You expect me to be there when you arrive but you give yourself 2 hours to show up. Thats messed up. i suggest you pick a time to show and be there then.

Brandon called before the appointment to let me know he was on the way. He was very courteous and professional, got the cleaning done quickly and was able to get up a stain in the bedroom carpet. I appreciate the quality work on my old carpet, it always looks great after Zerorez has been in.
