I like that I got scheduled within 2 days of calling for service and my carpet looks brand new now. Michael, the zerorez tech was the most pleasant, considerate, hard working man I ever met. I was very impressed with him and his knowledge about all the products and services he was going to be doing. His energy and personality is something you should be proud of having him represent zerorez. I suggest he be put in line for a performance bonus.
