Daniel showed up as promised, and even earlier. He explained everything very well and proceeded to do a wonderful job and did all that we asked. His attention to detail on our two recliners was outstanding. His professionalism and throwing in some humour was fantastic, and I will definitely use Zerorez in the future and ask for Daniel.
