The Carpets look AMAZING. The Technecian was GREAT. He was just so Friendly and Professional. Went above and beyond to make sure I was pleased w/The Service when he was done.

Very good service and fast. Only reason not a ten is that they don’t move any furniture but clean up to it. Perhaps all do that.

The knowledge of the technician when it comes to overall cleaning and removing stains.

First, we always get a high-quality cleaning and one that leaves no oder. While Zerorez is more expensive that many of “the other guys”, I’d rather pay what is only a little more for such a superior job, and I tell people that. Second, the technicians have always been personable, and while they do work the “up-sell” and always mention other cleaning services offered, they are never pushy about it. Our last technician, Ryan, was especially great to work with. He walked through whole house first to assess the particular cleaning needs, we agreed on the work to be done and he got started right away. What struck me, however, was how cheerful and conversational he was without being overbearing. Just an all-around pleasant person to work with..... and he did a great job! He is quite an asset to your company.

Great service! Our tech George arrived when he said he would, looked over the problem we had and did a excellent job in fixing it for us. We'll definitely be using Zerorex again!

Zerorez does a Great Job! Their employees are knowledgeable and come prepared. They make it very clear up front if there are certain carpet stains that they probably won't be able to get out-so No Surprises. Plus if their is an upgrade in pricing for whatever reason, one is told before the project begins Yes, I would use them again and I would recommend them to others.
