Overall carpet came out amazing. Jordan was friendly and professional. We had a cat urine issue and it appears that it has mostly been taken care off. One area still has a bit of a smell and hence the reason I did not give a 10 but it was a significant reduction.

This is the second time we have used Zerorez and they continue to 100% provide excellent customer and quality service. We had both carpets and a dryer vent cleaned by Zerorez. Several pet stains that I thought would be impossible to fully remove were successfully removed and my carpets look awesome! Despite the dryer vent being in a very tricky location, together the team was able to get to the vent and did an extremely detailed job on clearing the dryer vent of built up lint and eliminating a potential fire risk. I also appreciate the insight and education provided by staff as well. Thank you Zerorez staff; you are very much appreciated for the services you provide!

Great job- carpet looks great and no sticky residue clinging to my shoes when I walk from the carpeted room to my wood floors. One old stain is still there, but a lot less noticeable now. I also had Zerorez come last summer and clean a light colored upholstered chair that is the “dog chair.” Over the years, my dog put a lot of wear and tear on the chair and Zerorez did a great job making the chair look good again. I watched them clean it and saw the dirt coming right out as they were doing it.
