Very obvious chemical free; natural products, and no lingering smell from the procedure, the cleaning. Our representative who did the work, Steve J, was quick to share what he was about to do to our carpet, and he was thorough and courteous. Upon completion, clean carpets in all designated rooms with a fresh non-chemical smell. Steve J was also very professional, focused, and courteous while explaining the what, where, when, why and how of the carpet cleaning.
