He was was great at explaining the process, very knowledgeable, professional and RESPECTFUL! ! He fix the mistakes the prior company Ieft behind, and my carpets look great! They didn't take over night to dry, the carpet is soft ( not crunchy like the previous company left them). He was thorough, polite and didn't rush the job. Very affordable!

The gentleman that came to do the work Kyle was fantastic. My rug looked so much better and I was amazed when I had the hardwoods cleaned in the kitchen. I would love to have him come back and do the rest of my house.
