I love Zerorez. We have used them in the past and with other the past and have always been very pleased. Some stains would not come out and they explained that. Urine stains are hard to get out with store bought material. The smell always returned. With their treatment, the odor is eliminated from the pad also. Would recommend them. Explain what your stain is, if you know, so they can work on it or tell you wht not.

We have not gotten our rugs back yet as they needed to be cleaned outside of our home. However, the person picking up the rugs came within the time frame and examined the rugs. He gave us a reasonable price and time frame for the work to be done. He measured and rolled up each rug and took them to his truck. Will have to revisit this when I get my rugs back.

Ben called in advance to let us know when would arrive. Once he arrived, he assessed the area that needed to be cleaned and communicated clearly what he would be doing. He even shared some cleaning tips on how to maintain the area between the next Zerorez visit.
