Zerorez was excellent and we recommend them highly. It was our first time using this company. It was easy to book an appointment with timely options (including next day!). The tech was on time, wore shoe covers, worked diligently to address stains/trouble spots and communicated well with us at the end of the appointment. We recommend them highly and will use them again for another project.

I like the ability to book online. I like that they are always efficient and quick and do a great job!
The technician was honest about spots and wearing of the carpet. He did an awesome job.
It was easy to make the appointment for our air duct cleaning. The technician was on time, explained what he was going to do, said it was going to take about two hours, and did a great job. Everything was cleaned up and put back in place. He showed us a video of all the debris being vacuumed out to the Zerorez truck. Everything went very well. I would definitely consider Zerorez for their other services (like carpet cleaning).
Tom arrived on time and delivered excellent service. Joe went out of his way to fit me in to their schedule before my movers arrived and on a very short notice. Thanks Zerorez!
