We hired ZeroRez to clean 3 rooms for $150. There was a service fee that added on about $25 but we were made aware of this before hand so it was no big deal. The employee that arrived at our house was on time, fast, efficient and did a great job, especially protecting walls and furniture from possible damage. There was no "hard sell or "up sell" as some other reviews noted. We are super happy with the work performed at the price it was delivered. I have already recommended ZeroRez to one of the neighbors and would not hesitate to use them again in the future. A very professional operation all the way through.
My carpet looks great! I'm hoping the spots stay out after time. But I'm happy with the work and the communication with my carpet cleaner!
