Austin did a fantastic job on four rooms of carpeting at my home. He was very attentive to my concerns about pet stains, and I’m very satisfied with the results of his work.

I had the pleasure of having a great employee come to my home to clean my carpet from ZeroRez. Mr Spencer Aaron is a consummate professional. He took his time cleaning my carpet in my 2 guest rooms & a foyer. He was thorough as well. He did the best job I’ve ever had done on the carpet in my home. He was able to get the corners and where the rug meets the wall on every inch showing in the guest rooms. Often that is too hard to get for most specialists, but he went above & beyond. There was not a single spot missed in my 2 guest rooms. They aren’t the prettiest of carpet anymore, as I train dogs, but they are the prettiest and cleanest they’ve been in years thanks to Mr Aaron. He really took his time & is very dedicated to his job. It’s nice to hear young people tell me how they love the work they do & the company where they work.

I had several of my rugs picked up to get cleaned at the company. Mr Spencer took great care of my wool rugs that I’ve collected from all over the world. He really cares about his customers & is careful in their homes. I try & take care of people all the time in life & do good by them. I’ve had many good people come to my home from ZeroRez. It was nice that someone came and treated me like I treat people for once. Aaron came with a good attitude, did an absolutely amazing job from cleaning the rugs, to pick up, to loading up. Beginning to end, I have zero complaints, critiques, criticisms, nothing. Not 1 single negative thing to say at all.

From Shawanda to Spencer, you have a great team of people there at the company. They are looking out for ZeroRez and the customer. That’s really hard to find. They need raises. Loyalty, care & concern, along with professionalism is extremely hard to find. Take care of both of these people.
