We had Zerorez perform and air duct cleaning recently. The associate was on time, friendly, and efficient. They were also very informative. We also used the chat feature to ask question which not only had excellent response time, but the responses were helpful.
Unfortunately, there was some slight damage caused by the associate when removing a vent cover. Drywall paper was ripped when they were removing the cover.
Other than that, great service!
