Usually very prompt to come to our house but this time service tech arrived at very end of the 2 hour window and was in a rush to clean carpets. This has not happened before. I will still use zerorez as I have for over 10 years. Very good customer service over the phone. All agents are very professional. Carpets still look good when the tech was done.
