Technicians are very professional and clearly let you know what spots/stains may not come up. He didn't try to upsell me; in fact he figured out a way to help me save a little. My quite old, very stained carpeting looks great and feels fresh.

The job was well done by Brad. He was friendly. Got to work and finished, all spots removed. Pleased with the outcome. Not pleased that you can t pay enough to your employees that a TIP is included on the bill. Your company makes a lot of money. You can advertise all over town, yet you suggest a tip be paid. I m not sure I will call you again. This really made me think you are not in the business of pleasing your customer. You re in the business of GREED.
