HONESTLY, please let me explain...
I am a new customer who was looking for a quick fix to something we didn't have time to complete! We were in the beginning stages of removing the floor and carpet (they have done their job, time to go) in our fairly small house, time got away, and now I am one week away from Thanksgiving and a house full of COMPANY. Now, I have to go with what I already have! We stopped everything, called you, booked the appointment/answered all questions, and understood about how much it was going to COST!
You sent Thaddeus. He just might be the most courteous, respectful, kind, patient, and PROFESSIONAL person I have ever met. You are lucky to have him in your company. PLEASE give him a bonus! Most impressed about how he REMOVED a service from my bill because he said my house was SMALLER than what was quoted...I SAVED A LOT OF MONEY! Thank you Thaddeus!
PLUS, I explained my situation, telling him that in 2 more weeks the carpets will be REMOVED, so I was NOT expecting miracles...I just needed to get through ONE more holiday! In other words, the carpets could have looked exactly the same when he was done and I would have expected it and been perfectly fine!
Let me now say, I AM IN SHOCK! WHAT??? I might keep them another couple years LOL...he did an AMAZING JOB! He cared about my animals (cats) making sure no one got out from the open door. He checked with me during the cleaning, asking what I thought, how did it look to me, was it making a difference! He was so courteous and fluid with how he explained everything straight to the point...WOW IMPRESSIVE, he knows exactly what he is doing! He covered EVERYTHING! From the first encounter at the front door he IMMEDIATELY made me feel I had made the right choice!

A few small issues.
The previous time we had our carpets cleaned the technician put corner guards up to keep the hoses from rubbing the baseboards. The most recent tech did not. The previous tech also put a fan in the first room cleaned to help speed up the drying process. The most recent tech did not.
Over all, the most recent cleaning was good.
When I made the appointment I asked if the same tech from before could do the cleaning and I was told he was promoted and was supervising another area. I responded, I'm not surprised because he did a excellent job.

Professional technician went to work immediately and kept in the loop during the cleaning process. Only negative, the drying time for the carpet took 12 hours not 6.
Easy to schedule, always communicate arrival time within 15 minutes, always arrive on time, staff is friendly and professional, and they do an excellent job. We have used them for six consecutive years.
I had both airduct cleaners and carpet cleaner on the same day, that worked out nicely as I only had 1 day to be available. The technicians did a very good job. Each service provider did a good job explaing my options and how the job would be completed. They were very efficient and cleaned up any mess they created.
