I have used Z since I heard the first advertisement heading to work at 7AM on the Tom Barberi radio show. I have never changed because I loved it so. We bought new carpet in 2003 and I used Z every, usually on Columbus Day in the fall when kids were in school and I could have the whole day to moving fans around to drying the remaining moisture. One day the technician suggested I try to the grout cleaning on my bathroom, so periodically I use it. But this was the vent cleaning and it all went well and I was pleased. I could, fact, tell a difference in the dryer time on the first load I did after he left.

Once I approved the price, Zach and his full service truck had all the necessary equipment to get the job done right then. Zach was very professional and polite.
